Clara, the owner of STAXX, has spent the last decade shaping the fitness industry with her high- intensity training methods. Her fitness journey began with gymnastics and grew into a career in personal training, where she found her purpose in helping others transform their lives. From the very beginning, her signature offering has been 15-minute high-intensity workouts.
Clara is committed to helping others understand that fitness is crucial for a vibrant life, extending beyond mere aesthetics. Her coaching combines firm guidance with a fun, motivating atmosphere, pushing clients to their limits while ensuring they leave smiling. Every workout starts with warmth and ends with a deep sense of accomplishment.
Outside of the studio, Clara loves practicing yoga, going for walks, enjoying meals with friends and family and travelling.
Becca is a passionate health and fitness enthusiast with a deep commitment to helping people achieve their wellness goals. Completing a bachelor's degree in human kinetics and a minor in psychology at UBC, she blends practical training methods with comprehensive education in anatomy and physiology.
At STAXX, Becca prioritizes technique, emphasizing proper form to prevent injuries and maximize the effectiveness of each exercise. Her genuine care for each client's progress, combined with her ability to create informative and challenging workouts, makes every session rewarding and fun.
Becca embraces an active lifestyle year-round in the Okanagan. When she's not at the studio you can find her out in nature hiking the mountains, paddleboarding the lakes, or skiing at big white.
Haley has spent years in a variety of settings which have all contributed to her passion for strength training. From growing up as a competitive dancer to practicing coaching skills with all ages and nationalities while living in Australia, to becoming educated as a certified personal trainer; Haley knows that each person is unique and capable. This is translated through her care and precision for her clients at STAXX.
Haley is not afraid to push her clients beyond their own limits, demonstrating belief in their untapped potential. With a passion for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, Haley approaches training in a way that supports your overall lifestyle.
When Haley isn't in the studio, you can find her spending time with friends and family, hiking local trails and cooking up new recipes in the kitchen.
